Exchange Transfer Procedure

 *PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING A TRANSFER ON EXCHANGE BASIS* You just found a swap mate? Congratulations! But how do you process it? Here is a step by step procedure: NOTE: The procedures outlined here can as well apply to other ministries too though supervising officers and other office bearers may have different titles.*  Start by writing an application letter of transfer. Address your letter to your Provincial Education Officer(PEO).
